letter?
Yes, we will email an official
invitation letter to registered
authors upon a request. If you need
the invitation letter, please
register first, and then email to
the Conference Secretary

The conference has got a great
agreement with the hotel for cheaper
prices for room
booking. Please follow the
steps below to take advantage of
this better deal.

this will bring up any specials we
are currently running
7) The delegates then can book their
desired room type. For each type of
room, the wording "Negotiated
rate" is the price from
this agreement which is lower than
normal price. Please select this
item for booking. You can also
select another item for booking if
you find even cheaper.
Note:
The "Negotiated rate"
does not include breakfast. This is
because some attendants may not have
breakfast inside the hotel.
Therefore, the breakfast pay will be
on site, i.e. every morning when you
go to the restaurant for breakfast,
you can tell the receiption to count
it to your room. If you don't eat
the breakfast for a morning, you
don't have to pay for that morning.
Please tell the reception the
conference name ISPA 2018 so that
the breakfast rate will be AUD$19
(cheaper than normal price of
AUD$22).
BY CAR:
The hotel car park is accessed
from Alfred Square and is
located to the left of the Hotel
Building. The boom gate will
open automatically on entry. On
departure, guests need to proceed
to reception to collect a car
parking pass to allow them to
exit.

spaces on-site with roof top and
undercover options available.
- For this
conference attendants, car parking
is free for conference period
(normally $25.00 per car per day).
BY TRAM:
16 and 96 trams stop at the
front of the hotel and provides
direct links into the city and
surrounding suburbs. Google

BY TAXI:
From the Airport, the hotel is 28km
from both domestic and
international terminals, taxi
will take approximately 35
minutes (depending on traffic).
The conference recommends this
way.
BY
SKYBUS: A direct service is
now available for both pick up
and drop off and runs every 30
minutes and stops right
out-front of hotel. Click

on window as "Skybus St Kilda
Express". There is another one
to Melbourne City which you
should not take.
